Sorry, I had to climb out of my cave. 

After the BIG meltdown a few days ago I was really at a cross roads in my marriage.  I have been fighting everyone for almost 6 years and I have grown tired.   I have been in the defense mode for so long it has become natural.  I can’t remember what it is like to have fun and laugh.  And that is so not me. 

Hubby spoke to the pastor who told him while a noble thought it was a bad idea to take the kids on the trip – especially with all the history.  It was a set up for disaster.  This is the exact reason I had stalled on the idea.  But I digress.

Hubby and I spoke for a while last night and I am hoping that we can work together on some of the issues.  Some of the issues is he has not expressed his feelings.  That never helps.  Arrgh MEN!!
